Monte Fasolo farm is a place steeped in tradition. With its history and privileged panoramic position, it is now one of the most popular destinations in the Euganean Hills. In 2017, it was taken over by the current owner and included in an ambitious project to renovate and enhance the business and the surrounding area with great attention given to sustainable development. All its own vineyards are currently being converted and will be organic certified as of the 2023 grape harvest. The special features of current winemaking activities include a project to enhance the historic Carménère grape variety and the commitment to the Classic Method of production.

Enoteca Monte Fasolo overlooks the slopes of the Euganean Hills and is always ready to welcome those who want to enjoy a little relaxation.
A pause at the winery offers an aperitif in the company of others, lunch or dinner choosing from a range of gourmet finger foods and a menu of traditional dishes, cooked using locally sourced raw ingredients. Our cuisine showcases the deep bond which ties us to our land’s traditions!

The Monte Fasolo estate is the ideal location to host your event in the Euganean Hills! We offer highly maintained, ample spaces, such as: the hearth room, the barrel room, the wine cellar’s historical tunnels, the meeting room and the panoramic terrace for personalised events, weddings and christenings, graduation celebrations, birthday and anniversary parties, private and company dinners, workshops and conferences.

The food shop is a demonstration of our research into high quality products. In the store you can purchase our wines and a selection of jams, conserves, cheeses, cold cuts, pasta and breadsticks from top-quality local producers.
